12micron is one of the most popular thicknesses of BOPP matte wet lamination film, which is produced by multi extrusion coating lines, using base plastic material of biaxially oriented polypropylene film.
It yields as more as 99207m²/tonne, cost-saving for lamination jobs.
It is usually produced with double corona treatment, having good performance for post-press processing like hot stamping or UV varnishing.
A roll length of matte 12micron can be 4000m to 12000m, using core 3" (76mm) or 6" (152mm).
And the width is customized, available from 300mm to 2100mm.
