The roll 350mm x 2500m is one of the most popular sizes of soft touch thermal lamination film that people are using, with a 3" core (76mm).
It yields a comfortable touch sensation when being laminated onto paper substrates.
Soft Touch Lamination Film is coated with unique chemistry to produce a satin finish, giving a comfortable tactile sensation.
It is the first plastic film with tactile properties in history and presents a pleasant and intense velvety effect very similar to peach skin, widely used in luxury packaging of brand image as well as a variety of other quality graphic solutions.
We are producing both cold and thermal soft touch thermal lamination films. The latter one is made by coating the chemistry after EVA is pre-glued to the base film. The primary material of plastic film can be BOPP or PET (polyester), the former of which is most popular.
