Product Description

This foam material is used for car sunshade or other heat insulation.
It is structured with VMPET Film, IXPE Foam, and Black PET Film.
The VMPET film has a high gloss finish giving mirror effect, the IXPE foam is white, while the black PET film is super glosys.
Their thickness are 52micron of VMPET Film, 4mm of IXPE Foam, 52micron of black PET Film.
Standard roll size is 1.2m x 40m, customized is available (max. wide 1.4m).

IXPE (Irradiation cross-linked polyethylene) foam is based on low density polyethylene as raw material, change to independent obturator meshed bubble structure by using electronic irradiation.

It can be compounded with aluminum film, aluminum foil, PE film, PET Film, or other materials.
