It is made by melt extrusion (multi-layer co-extrusion), slice casting, machine-direction-orientation, transverse-direction-orientation, rewinding, slitting and other processes that make it into a three-layer film with the structure of A / B / C. Among them, layers A and C are surface layers, and layer B is a core layer. Generally, the heat seal strength of heat-sealable BOPET film is 5 ~ 8N / 15mm.
