Heat Sealing Performance VMCPP Film Aluminum Vacuum Metallised CPP Film
Vacuum Metallised CPP Film is produced by coating the layer of metal aluminum on the base of casting polypropylene film. It has an excellent metallic gloss, high adhesion strength, good flavor retention, good barrier to oxygen and humidity.
It is one side corona treated, and another side is a heat sealing layer, usually composite with BOPP or PET film for making packaging bags for biscuit, tea, coffee, puff food, and medicine. As an inner layer, it plays the role of barrier and heat sealing.
VMCPP film has a heat-sealable temperature of 120ºC, with excellent heat sealing strength.
Vacuum metalizing film is formed by coating a thin layer of metal aluminum on the surface of a plastic film by a special process. The most commonly used processing method is vacuum aluminum plating, which is passed through high temperature under a high vacuum. The metal aluminum is melted and evaporated so that the vapor of aluminum is deposited on the surface of the plastic film, then the surface of the plastic film has a metallic luster.
