EVA Lamination Film is a thermal lamination film that is a plastic film coated with adhesive glue of EVA. Usually said BOPP+EVA or PET+EVA.
When using it onto the laminated substrates, we need to melt the EVA by heating it out of a hot laminator machine.
The thickness of the EVA layer can be from 4micron to 100micron, depending upon where it will be used. However, the total thickness is usually from 10micron to 250micron.
The most important factor for EVA lamination film is bonding strength. The stronger, the better surface tension.
