Customized Roll Sizes and Thicknesses Metallized Polyester Mylar Film Roll Laminate
We are producing metalized polyester mylar film roll laminate at a wide range of options, from colors, thickness to roll sizes.
The colors can be silver, gold, red, blue, green, yellow, etc.
The thickness is from 10micron to 250micron.
The roll sizes can be customized, such as 445mm x 3000m, or 1035mm x 2000m.
Thermal Lamination Film Roll is used on roll laminator machines for the post-press lamination work, which comes out of different printing ways such as offset printing, screen printing, or digital printing. It mainly sees a glossy or matte finish, taking base material of transparent plastic film of BOPP PET, or PP, composited with a coating layer of EVA.
We need a laminator machine to laminate the plastic film onto the printed paper at a certain temperature, speed, and pressure.
