Vacuum Metallised CPE Film is produced by coating a thin layer of metal aluminum on the surface of CPE (casting polyethylene) film by the process method of vacuum aluminum plating, which is passed through high temperature under a high vacuum. The metal aluminum is melted and evaporated so that the vapor of aluminum is deposited on the surface of CPE film, then the surface of the plastic film has a metallic luster.
The VMCPE film has excellent cold resistance that enables it to meet a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C.
It is also having excellent heat-sealing performance that enables it to composite directly with BOPP, PET, and Nylon films.
